Can I request a specific educator?
Yes. Tell us which educator you have in mind during your consultation. If they are the strongest match for your student and have availability, we will recommend them.
How are educators matched?
We match on mathematics level, course and curriculum, learning profile, goals, schedule, communication style and overall fit — not on who happens to be available first.
Can I change educators?
Yes. If the fit is not right, contact us and we will review the match and recommend an alternative educator. There is no penalty for changing.

Background screening availability, credential registries and reference practices differ by country, so we do not claim a single uniform check applies to every educator everywhere. Where a verification step cannot be completed, the educator is not presented as having completed it.
