Do I have to pay for the first consultation?

No. The 15-minute consultation and the 10-question diagnostic are both free, and no credit card is required to book either.

Prices display in USD by default, and the currency picker in the header converts to GBP, EUR, AED, INR, SGD, and more so you can see the real cost before you commit. Checkout is processed securely in USD.

What is your refund policy?

Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge; late cancellations may be billed at 50% and no-shows in full. Refunds for delivered sessions and unused package sessions are considered case by case in line with the plan purchased. If the tutor-student fit is not right within the first two sessions, Think-Nth reviews the match and provides a rematch at no additional cost, subject to educator availability.

Think-Nth small-group classes are designed for 3–6 students. Small-group classes launch with a minimum of 3 enrolled students and are capped at 6 students.

Groups are formed based on course, academic level, learning goals, and schedule compatibility. Families join the interest list first; Think-Nth confirms placement and schedule before payment.

What happens if fewer than three students enroll?

The class does not launch until the minimum enrollment is reached. Think-Nth contacts families about the next available cohort or other learning options, and nothing is charged before placement is confirmed.

No. Pricing is set and managed by Think-Nth, not negotiated between families and individual tutors, so every family pays the same transparent rate for the same plan.

How do online math sessions actually run?

Private sessions are 60 minutes, 1:1 over live video with a shared interactive whiteboard — your tutor works problems with your student, and you receive written session notes afterwards. The How It Works page walks through the full process from consultation to ongoing progress.

Is the diagnostic required?

No. A diagnostic is used only when appropriate. It is a free, optional tool — ten adaptive questions matched to your course level, finished in about 15 minutes — that can show which prerequisite topics are shaky. Many students start directly with their matched tutor instead.

How do you match a student with a tutor?

Think-Nth is managed tutoring — families don't browse tutor profiles and pick one themselves. We review the student's course, goals, current challenges and schedule (and a diagnostic result when one was taken), then recommend a mathematics educator who has taught that syllabus. You approve the recommendation before the first session.
