FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything families ask before choosing a plan.

Longer programs let us plan a student's learning across a term rather than session by session — reserving educator time, building a written learning plan and tracking progress. Greater continuity and commitment make that planning possible, which is reflected in a lower per-session rate.

Yes. Tell us after any session and we will match your student with a more appropriate specialist, subject to availability. Your remaining sessions move with you.

Families interested in changing programs may contact Think-Nth to review available options while the package is still active. Any applicable credits or adjustments are governed by the Program Commitments and Terms.

Every tutor is reviewed for mathematics expertise, teaching experience, credentials where applicable, and a teaching demonstration. Matching then considers academic level, availability, communication style and student needs.

Yes. Contact us before the break and we will hold your remaining sessions. Think-Nth will make reasonable efforts to preserve the existing educator and schedule, but availability cannot be guaranteed after an extended pause. Scheduling restarts when you tell us you are ready.

Package sessions are used within the program period agreed at enrollment. If circumstances change, contact us before the period ends and we will work with you.

Classes run live online in matched cohorts of 3–6 students on a fixed weekly schedule. Prices are per student, per class. Families join the interest list first; we confirm placement, schedule and start date before anything is charged.

Package sessions are assigned to one student so the learning plan and progress tracking remain individualized. Families enrolling multiple students may discuss appropriate program options during the consultation.
