Join the Think-Nth Faculty
Think-Nth is a premium online mathematics education company serving middle school, high school, college and test-preparation students. We are not an open tutor marketplace: we carefully select mathematics educators and match them with students by subject expertise, level, learning needs, goals, teaching approach, availability and fit.
Qualified mathematics educators worldwide are welcome to apply. Teaching is fully remote, compensation is established in USD, and time-zone compatibility is considered when matching students.

Why teach with Think-Nth?
Think-Nth is a managed mathematics tutoring company. Families hire Think-Nth, not individual tutors — so there is no bidding for students and no need to market yourself.
Students matched to your expertise
We review each student's course, level and goals, then recommend the educator who fits — you never bid for work.
Flexible online teaching
Set the hours you are available. We schedule within them and handle changes with families.
A global student community
Students across US and international curricula, from middle school foundations through university mathematics.
Structured academic support
Learning plans, session-note templates, structured academic resources, instructional expectations and ongoing support from Think-Nth.
Compensation
Think-Nth offers competitive USD-based instructional compensation based on approved teaching level, mathematics expertise, experience, credentials, program type and responsibilities. Specific compensation is discussed with selected candidates during the offer and onboarding process.
