This page describes how Think-Nth LLC ("Think-Nth", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through our website and managed tutoring services. It reflects the data we actually collect and the systems we actually use today.

Information we collect from students and parents

Contact information you provide (name, email, phone) when you inquire, book a free consultation, or request a partnership.
Session context you share (course, level, goals, and, where used, diagnostic or placement responses) so we can recommend an appropriate program and educator.
Booking and scheduling details, including session times and the educator assigned to your sessions.
Payment information processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Think-Nth does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
If you or your student use the Think-Nth Learning Hub, we store your account information, purchased plans, session notes, and progress records associated with your sessions.
Basic technical logs the platform records (page visited, referrer, approximate country, timestamps) for site analytics and security.

Information we collect from tutor applicants

When you apply to teach with Think-Nth, we collect the information submitted through the application form, which may include:

Full name, email, and country
Subjects, qualifications, and years of teaching experience
A resume/CV, if uploaded
A professional headshot photo, if uploaded
A link to a teaching demonstration video
A LinkedIn profile link and introduction, if provided
Messages exchanged with our team during application review

We do not collect or publish an applicant's or tutor's rate; Think-Nth sets customer pricing and discusses compensation with approved educators directly. If a tutor is approved, we maintain a tutor profile (bio, subjects, and photo) and any verification or reference information relevant to approval and, where applicable, safeguarding requirements.

How we use it

Deliver the tutoring service you purchased.
Match students with an appropriate educator.
Process payments and manage bookings.
Respond to inquiries and provide support.
Track session notes and progress so families can see academic movement over time.
Improve our teaching materials, programs, and website.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run the platform and only to the extent needed — for example, Stripe for payment processing, our database and authentication provider, and our email-delivery provider.

Learning platform information

Where an account is used with the Think-Nth Learning Hub, educator tools or Math Lab, Think-Nth may process and store:

Account information: name, email address, role (student, parent, educator, administrator) and profile information you provide.
Learning information: course or program, learning priorities, diagnostic or assessment responses where used, learning plans, progress records, assigned practice, practice completion, student responses, attempts, hint usage, saved mistakes and skill status or mastery indicators where implemented.
Session information: scheduled sessions, attendance and status, educator notes, session summaries and learning priorities recorded for a session.
Student-submitted content: worksheets, PDFs, screenshots, photographs of handwritten work, school assignments and other learning materials uploaded through the portal or attached to a session. Unlike AI Homework Helper submissions (described below), these files are stored so the student, authorized educators and, where linked, the parent/guardian can revisit them.
Whiteboard data: mathematics work, drawings, text and any images or documents placed on a session whiteboard are saved as session-linked whiteboard state so the work can be reopened later.
Referral information: where a family uses the referral feature, the referral record associated with the account.

Who can see learning information

Access is role-based. An educator can access the learning information needed to teach the students they are assigned to; educators do not have access to the records of students they are not assigned to. A parent or guardian account can access permitted learning information only for student accounts that have been explicitly linked to it — linked access covers the categories Think-Nth makes visible to families, not every record held about a student. Think-Nth administrators may access records where necessary to operate and support the service.

Live session technology

Live sessions and interviews take place over third-party video-conferencing services, and Think-Nth may create and share a meeting link (for example, Google Meet) together with the calendar invitation for a session. Think-Nth does not record those meetings. The video-conferencing provider operates independently and processes meeting data under its own privacy practices; please review that provider's privacy policy for details of how it handles information during a call.

Retention & your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@think-nth.org. We retain learning and account information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain appropriate learning records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support legitimate business needs, subject to applicable law.

AI Homework Helper & uploaded content

The AI Homework Helper lets a student type a mathematics question or upload a photo of a mathematics problem and receive an AI-generated explanation. The following describes how that feature works today.

What may be submitted: the text of a mathematics question and, optionally, an image of mathematics work. Please do not include names, contact details, school identifiers, or any other personal information in the question or the photograph.
Purpose: submissions are processed solely to generate a step-by-step mathematics explanation for the student.
Third-party processing: question text and any uploaded image are sent to our AI provider (the Lovable AI Gateway), which routes the request to a third-party large-language-model provider in order to generate the response. Those providers process the content under their own terms.
Storage: Think-Nth does not store the question text or uploaded images in its database. For usage limits we store a one-way hashed identifier derived from the requesting network address together with a daily request count.
Retention & deletion: usage-limit records are short-lived operational records. If you have a question about content associated with your account, or wish to request deletion of records we hold, email info@think-nth.org.
Model training: Think-Nth does not use homework-helper submissions to train its own models, and does not sell or share them for advertising.
Age & authorization: students under 18 should use the feature with parent, guardian, or school permission. Where a school makes the feature available to students, the school is responsible for obtaining any consent required in its jurisdiction.

Children

For students under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for purchasing services and providing consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Think-Nth aims to handle student information consistently with applicable child-privacy and student-records laws in the places we operate; we do not claim certification under, or universal compliance with, any particular framework. If you believe a child has provided information without the required consent, email info@think-nth.org and we will delete it.
