Think-Nth serves students internationally, many of them under 18. This page is a plain-English summary of how we approach safeguarding — the checks, conduct standards and reporting routes we apply. Requirements and availability of specific checks vary by country, so we describe our approach in conditional, jurisdiction-aware terms rather than claiming a single uniform standard applies everywhere.
Safeguarding and verification requirements vary by jurisdiction. Think-Nth applies identity, credential, reference, background-screening and safeguarding requirements where appropriate, legally available and relevant to the educator's location and the students they serve, as part of our tutor selection process. Where a check cannot be completed in a given jurisdiction, an educator is not presented as having completed it.
Sessions take place through the video and communication tools provided as part of the program. Session notes and progress records are kept in the Parent View of the Think-Nth Learning Hub so parents can review what was covered. We do not claim to record or retain video of tutoring sessions unless a specific program or family arrangement says otherwise.
Every educator agrees to a code of conduct covering professional boundaries with students, no private off-platform contact with under-18 students outside of Think-Nth-facilitated channels, and no personal social-media contact with student accounts. Breaches result in review and, where appropriate, removal from the network and reporting to the relevant authority.
Think-Nth maintains a designated safeguarding contact who reviews reported concerns and coordinates any necessary follow-up, including with local authorities where a referral is required and legally appropriate.
If you are a student, parent, teacher, or tutor and want to raise a safeguarding concern about a Think-Nth session or educator, contact our safeguarding contact directly. Concerns are treated confidentially and reviewed promptly.
In an emergency where a child is at immediate risk, always contact your local emergency services first (UK 999, US 911, UAE 999).
