If a session, an educator match, or any part of the service falls short, email info@think-nth.org with the student's name and the session date. Every concern is logged and reviewed by the Think-Nth team — not by the educator involved.
Step 1: we acknowledge the concern and confirm what happened with both the family and the educator. Step 2: we agree a remedy — most often a re-teach of the material, a change of educator, or a credit for the affected session. Step 3: we confirm the outcome in writing.
If the outcome is not acceptable, you can ask for it to be escalated to the founder for a final review. Educator matches can be changed at any time, and families are never asked to justify the request.
